One Time Programmable Voice ICs

One Time Programmable Voice ICs are the devices, which have been made with Standard CMOS procedure with fixed voice storage OTP memory. Supplied devices have been made to store voice messages. The user selectable options have been provided to increase the quality of sound. The said devices have been configured well to fulfill different application requirements. Output signal options and user selectable triggering are provided to ensure maximum flexibility in several applications. One Time Programmable Voice ICs are featured with power-on reset, 8-bit current mode D/A output, fully integrated system oscillator, and PWM speaker driving output. These have been made to support the USB programmer as well as Windows XP.
